CONSULTATION
Every LN Studio project starts with a two-hour design consultation to collaboratively explore your vision. We ask that all key decision-makers be present to make the most of our time together.
ID PACKAGE
This is where your vision comes to life. We create a comprehensive design package that reflects your style, needs, and lifestyle—collaborating closely with you at every key step to ensure the final result enhances how you live in your space.

PROPOSAL
After your consultation, we can provide a detailed fee proposal outlining a scope of work tailored to your project. Upon approval, we move forward with the Interior Design Package.
EXECUTION
We provide project oversight during construction to ensure the design is executed as intended. From quality control to on-site problem-solving, we work closely with the project team—architects, builders, and engineers—to maintain the integrity of the vision.

Do I need to hire an interior designer?Hiring a designer can greatly enhance your renovation or design-build project, assisting with design concepts, vendor & trade selection, material sourcing, and project management. Even if you already have a strong sense of style, a designer understands how to translate it into actionable steps.

What if I’m not sure what services I’m in need of?We understand the process can be a bit intimidating. Our complimentary discovery calls are designed to help you determine next steps and discuss how we can assist you with your project– little preparation required. You’re not obligated to proceed with a consultation by booking in for a discovery call.

What if I already have a contractor?While we have trusted contractors we work with time and time again, we understand that may be the same on your end, and welcome the opportunity to collaborate with new partners.

I’m in need of a one-room re-design - is any project “too small” to inquire about?Absolutely not. We are available for single room design services, on a case-by-case basis. A consultation may end up being all you need. Feel free to book a quick discovery session and we can help assess!

Do you take on projects outside of Toronto?Yes! We love to travel and are always available to discuss projects worldwide.

How do I know if a virtual or on-site consultation is best for me?A virtual consultation is great if you're looking for quick, flexible advice, live in a different location, or need help with layouts, finishes, or styling ideas that don’t require in-person measuring. It’s efficient and works well for many projects. An on-site consultation is ideal when your project involves more detailed spatial planning, renovations, or custom work where seeing the space in person is key. It allows for better understanding of natural light, flow, scale, and materials.

I’ve booked in for a consultation! Now what?Whether you’ve booked for in-person or virtual, being well-prepared is key. We recommend bringing photos of anything that inspires you, photos of existing features within the space and its surroundings, available floor plans, and land survey (new construction only). We kindly request all decision-making clients are present for the consultation.
