After decades in the same home, this Mississauga family wanted a renovation that reflected the way they live today. Rather than adding more space, LN Studio reimagined the existing floor plan to make every square foot work harder—transforming underused rooms, improving circulation and creating a more comfortable balance of privacy and connection.
The design blends classic detailing with a moody, modern-masculine palette, layered with warm textures, natural materials and unexpected moments of colour and pattern. Defined spaces replace the typical open-concept approach, helping manage sound while supporting the family’s busy routines, from cooking and entertaining to work and study.
Thoughtful details make the home feel personal, including a generously sized, elevated dog wash designed around both the family and their large dog. Throughout the home, warm, tailored spaces and playful moments come together to create a house that feels distinctly their own.
