PROJECT 21

Featured in RUE Mag, Designlines & NEW NORM Magazine

Crafted for clients seeking a calming environment, we focused on creating a serene atmosphere through tonal layers, a warm, natural palette, and unexpected architectural moments that imbue quiet drama.

The kitchen is anchored by a bold marble stone that adds depth, artistry, and timeless luxury. In the living room, a brushed stainless steel fireplace is framed by a beautifully curved wall, offering a sculptural focal point that softens the strong architectural lines and enhances the home’s organic flow.

The furnishings throughout are intentionally tonal and cozy, with plush textiles, layered textures, and natural hues that ground the modern design in comfort. Custom wood millwork carried throughout the home allows each room to feel open, airy, and free of visual clutter.

When the space was finished a year after construction began, our clients felt it was the first time they felt like a home truly reflected them. To us, there’s no greater compliment.
