PROJECT 14

Located in a familiar neighbourhood, this home had the right location for our clients, but not the right layout. They quickly outgrew the original footprint and sought our help to reimagine the space from the ground up. Through a thoughtful rear extension and a complete layout reconfiguration, we transformed the home into a spacious, serene, and highly functional retreat for a modern family.

A key highlight of the renovation is the use of handcrafted zellige tile in both the kitchen and bathroom, adding rich texture and an artisanal feel to otherwise minimalist spaces. In the family room, we designed custom arched millwork cabinetry that adds architectural elegance and creates a stunning focal point, while offering practical storage solutions.

The front sitting room was styled with sculptural furniture pieces and layered with rich textiles. For everyday functionality, we designed a dog-friendly mudroom with durable finishes and built-in storage, perfectly tailored to the needs of a busy family with pets.

The result is a calm, elevated home that grows with its family and enhances their day-to-day life.
