21 NEW BUILD

Crafted with the clients' need for relaxation in mind, this home offers a calming escape from their demanding work lives, merging sophistication with an intimate, lived-in warmth.

Strong, crisp lines and delicate lighting fixtures create an elegant aesthetic, while a tonal palette, soft textures, and natural materials infuse a sense of tranquility. Each room is thoughtfully planned to reduce visual clutter, with custom millwork that integrates storage into the architecture, eliminating the need for excessive furniture and ensuring a refined, organized, and serene atmosphere.

Design Scope: Complete Interior Design package (including full CMF and fixture specification; RCP lighting and switching plans, Flooring plans, Millwork design); Furniture consultation; Exterior material consultation; Project Oversight (continuous collaboration with Project Architect and Builder)
