09 BUNGALOW RENOVATION

Though it had many flaws, it was their ideal house (a bungalow) in their ideal location - so they bought it. We were brought in to rethink the use of space, style, and storage for the home for it to work seamlessly for a family of four. Spoiler alert: we checked off all the boxes.

Design Scope: Complete floor plan layout; Complete CMF specification; Complete construction documents; millwork design; Two 3-piece bathroom designs; Furniture selection and styling.
