For this full-scale renovation, we transformed a dated, 15-year-old subdivision builder home into a custom-designed sanctuary for a young professional couple. The goal was to bring personality, warmth, and modern sophistication to every corner of the home, transforming a once-standard layout into a design-driven dwelling.

In the front sitting room, we added timeless wall moulding and a contemporary fireplace to create a welcoming, elevated space. Warm wood flooring runs throughout the main level, adding natural texture and grounding the home’s contemporary style with a sense of warmth.

To maximize the space in the kitchen,, a custom-designed banquette dining area combines built-in seating with thoughtful detailing, maximizing space and creating a cozy spot for everyday meals and casual hosting.

One of the standout spaces in this project is the bold laundry room, where large-scale elephant wallpaper brings a playful, dramatic flair. A mosaic tile floor adds texture, transforming the small space into a design moment of its own. 

This renovation speaks to our design approach: blending functionality with personalized details to create homes that feel elevated, lived-in, and entirely unique.
